For the second year in a row, Edsby wins the competitive learning management system (LMS) category

Edsby, the innovative cloud-based K-12 social learning platform that connects K-12 students, teachers and parents using modern technologies, is the 2022 EdTech Awards Cool Tool Award winner for best learning management system (LMS). Judges selected Edsby over other finalists, such as PowerSchool’s Unified Classroom and 13 others.

“As events unfold on the world stage that seem to inch ever closer to a precipice unknown, we are reminded that the leaders and innovators of education technology have always worked on the edge,” said Victor Rivero, who as Editor-in-Chief of EdTech Digest, oversees the program. “To the innovators, leaders, and trendsetters in K-12, higher education, and workforce learning who continue connecting, producing and persisting despite all challenges—a hearty hat-tip and a grand salute!”

The EdTech Awards are an initiative of EdTech Digest, an online publication serving the education community. The awards program is in its 12th year and “is the world’s largest recognition program for education technology, recognizing the biggest names in edtech – and those who soon will be,” according to the organization. All entries undergo evaluation from a panel of educators, entrepreneurs, journalists and technology professionals.

Edsby was also a finalist in this year’s best learning analytics/data mining solution solution.

This is Edsby’s third time winning the EdTech Awards’ LMS category. It won last year, and previously in 2015.
