Agents are rewarded with a finder’s fee for introducing Edsby to school districts or private schools that Edsby is not already working with.

  • Commission on first year’s revenue from agreed-upon targeted accounts
  • Transactions must be consummated within 15 months of introductions
  • Terms and restrictions apply; details shared with successful applicants


Value-added resellers can include Edsby as part of technology solutions for existing and new educational customers.

  • Commission on first year SaaS revenue, residual on subsequent years’ renewals
  • Geographic area, non-exclusive

Distributors represent Edsby in specific areas around the world.

  • Ability to price Edsby at local market rates, paying Edsby a discounted price, paid monthly

Product Partners

Edsby product partners

Receive technical and marketing support and access the Edsby installed base.

Developers of app and content solutions that adhere to standards such as LTI, Common Cartridge, Caliper Analytics, SCORM, SIF and One Roster are invited to partner with Edsby. Applications are tested to ensure they interoperate with Edsby and published on an online list of tested and approved integrations. Developers seeking tighter integration with Edsby can access proprietary APIs and documentation.
