How Edsby is integrated with Microsoft technologies
Students and teachers–and even parents–managed in Active Directory or Azure Active Directory don’t need separate Edsby sign-ons. Edsby authenticates against AD or AAD.
Edsby can appear in the Microsoft 365 application waffle for easy access by users.
Microsoft 365 apps can be made available from Edsby’s version of the Microsoft 365 waffle, called the Edsby Launchpad.
It’s easy for users’ Edsby calendar entries, including classes, assessments, club and sport team meetings and more, to sync to their Microsoft Calendar.
The Edsby document uploader recognizes users’ OneDrives.
Teachers can link live M365 docs into class and PD curriculum. Any changes made are instantly reflected to students in official class content.
Launch Teams meetings securely from Edsby classes or sports teams, club, parent or professional development “groups” in Edsby. Only authenticated users can attend, which keeps classrooms secure.
Edsby’s optional learner analytics are powered by cloud-based Microsoft Power BI data visualization technology. Microsoft showcases Edsby’s use of Power BI.
