Edsby SignWave enables parents to receive and respond to school field trip information and permission forms electronically. When a student is invited on a field trip, the parent or guardian receives the permission form in their Edsby Mailbox. Parents can review the details, complete the form, provide a digital signature, and submit it directly through Edsby, or deny permission for the trip if needed.
If required information is missing, the form will highlight the fields that need to be completed before submission.
If a student has multiple guardians on file, each guardian will receive a copy of the permission form in their Edsby Mailbox. The first completed form submitted to the school will be recorded as the official response. If a correction is needed or the form was submitted in error, please contact the school office for assistance.
Some field trips may require a payment from parents. All electronic payments are currently managed separately through the school.
