Help with Edsby
Let’s find the right help.
If you have questions or concerns, we might be able to save you time. The fastest answer comes from the people who run Edsby for you. First, tell us who you are.
Which of these are you?
Choose one to see who can help you fastest.
A student
Your teacher or school office can help.
Schools create and manage student accounts on their Edsby system. They can reset a password, fix the classes you see, or explain anything that looks wrong.
A parent or guardian
Your child’s school office can help.
Schools set up guardian accounts and decide what each guardian can see, including contact details and which children are linked to you.
A teacher
Your school or district help desk can help.
Every organization using Edsby has its own designated support contacts. They answer day-to-day questions and raise any actual product problems with us. Bug reports or feature requests? Click the ? icon in Edsby.
School or district staff
File a ticket in the Edsby support portal.
Designated Edsby support representatives have a dedicated system for raising issues with the Edsby service team. Email is not a support channel.
Someone else
Partners, media and other organizations: write to us.
This is the right place for partnership, integration, media and other organization inquiries. We can’t help with individual accounts, passwords or classes.
Why
Why we send you to your school first
Your school owns your account
Schools and districts manage accounts on their own Edsby systems and decide who can see what, so they're the ones who can change them.
They know your setup
Your school’s Edsby is connected to your school or district's other official systems. Their help desk can see that; we can’t.
Privacy
Edsby only processes data as directed by our customers. We do not change customers' data.
